How to Apply
CareFirst offers a variety of contribution opportunities on a rolling, cyclical, or invitation-only basis. Organizations must meet CareFirst eligibility requirements to be considered for funding.
Please note that successful submission of the application does not guarantee that your organization qualifies. Funding requests will further be reviewed for watchlist checks, required documentation, guideline adherence and more.
Long-term Programmatic Support (RFP/Multi-year Grants)
CareFirst is currently not accepting applications for this investment type. Please check back periodically for upcoming cycles. One-off applications are by invitation only.
Short-term Programmatic Support (General Operating Grants)

Infrastructure Support (Capital Grants)
Applications for land, machinery, building, etc. are by invitation-only.
Employee Matching Gift
CareFirst accepts matching gift applications on a rolling basis. Matching requests should be submitted within 60 days of the donation. Launch the Matching Gift Application to get started.
Sponsorships (Event & Learning/Training Series)
CareFirst accepts sponsorship applications on an invitation-only basis. If you have been invited to apply, please allow up to 12 weeks for processing post the application submission date.
In-kind Donations
CareFirst accepts in-kind donation applications on a rolling basis. Meeting space requests should be submitted at least 12 weeks in advance. Launch the In-kind Donation Application to get started.
