CEO Brian D. Pieninck: CareFirst To Hold Day Of Equity And Action On Oct. 2

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield will hold an all-associate Day of Equity and Action on Wednesday, Oct. 2, to mark a renewed commitment to advancing inclusion and equity.

CareFirst associates from every office will gather at off-site locations to take part in education and training activities and will join in community service with local charitable organizations. To allow our associates the opportunity to focus on the important efforts of the day, our offices will be closed for business. Operational, customer service and other essential staff will remain available for critical services.
