CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Virtual Care Update
After December 31, 2023, CareFirst Video Visit will no longer be available to CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and CareFirst BlueChoice (collectively, "CareFirst") members. Starting January 1, 2024, CareFirst will offer an expanded telemedicine service through CloseKnit1, as our virtual care provider offering the same services previously offered by CareFirst Video Visit. This change does not impact our network providers' ability to offer telemedicine to their patients.
