Expanding Access to Care through Telehealth
The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically accelerated the use of telehealth, which has played a vital role in helping individuals maintain continuity of care, preserving critical healthcare resources and reducing the spread of COVID-19.

To best serve our members, accounts, providers and communities beyond the pandemic, CareFirst recommends that policymakers make several of these actions permanent and provide additional flexibilities to support the continued growth of telehealth.
