The Baltimore and Washington Business Journals recently partnered with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield to host an open dialogue about how the pandemic has forced employers to face new workforce and workplace realities.

Thought leaders from various organizations across the region, moderated by Rhonda Pringle, Baltimore Business Journal’s Market President and Publisher, included:
